Conners 4
Age: 6-18 years
Cost: $16.50 (incl. GST)
The Conners 4 is designed to assess Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and its most common co-morbid problems in children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years old. When used in combination with other information, results from the Conners can provide valuable information to guide assessment decisions. The Conners 4 has parent, teacher, and self-report forms, thereby capturing multiple perspectives.

Conners CBRS

The Conners CBRS is a comprehensive instrument which assesses a wide range of behavioural, emotional, social, and academic concerns and disorders in children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years. It is a multi-informant assessment of youth across multiple settings, with rating forms for parents, teachers, and the youth.

Conners EC
Age: 2-6 years

The Conners Early Childhood (Conners EC) assesses behavioural, emotional, and social concerns, as well as developmental milestones in preschool-aged children (2-6 years). It is a multi-informant assessment of young children across multiple settings, with forms for parents and teachers/childcare providers.

ASRS
Age: 2-18 years

The Autism Spectrum Rating Scale (ASRS) is a multi-informant measure designed to identify symptoms, behaviours, and associated features of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in children and adolescents aged 2 to 18 years. When used in combination with other information, results from the ASRS can help determine the likelihood that a youth has symptoms associated with ASD.

CAARS 2

The Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scales 2nd Edition (CAARS2) was designed to assess core and associated symptoms of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults, aged 18 years and older. In addition to retaining the key clinical content and DSM-based scales found in the original CAARS, the CAARS 2 offers several new and updated features, including Critical and Screening Items, Impairment & Functional Outcome Items, and a new validity scale. It's also designed to gather information from multiple sources, including the person being evaluated (using the Self-Report form), and one or more individuals familiar with the person being evaluated (using the Observer form). The Self-Report and Observer forms are aligned, with matching scales and nearly identical item content to facilitate comparison across raters.

The Behaviour Rating Inventory of Executive Function 2, (BRIEF-2) is an enhanced rating scale of executive function that continues to be as efficient, comprehensive, and consistent with current models of executive function as its predecessor but now includes a quick screener and enhanced features. The BRIEF 2 includes a 12-item screening version and updated norms for the Parent, Teach and Self-Report forms based on a large, diverse sample. It is designed for a broad range of children for whom there may be concerns about self-regulation, such as those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD); learning disabilities (LD); attention disorders; traumatic brain injuries (TBI); depression; and other developmental, neurological, psychiatric, and medical conditions.
