Client Information
Search for your client in the top right search bar and click on their name once you find them
Finding client information
- Search for your client in the top right search bar and click on their name once you find them
- Click Profile > Details to find demographic information relating to the client
- Click Profile > Contacts to find contact/s information which should include at least one email and phone number for a primary contact (your client or a guardian)
- Click Appointments to check prior or future booked/attended appointments
Finding client files
- Search for your client in the top right search bar and click on their name once you find them
- Click Admin > Admin Files to find consent forms or assessment cost proposals
- Click Records > Files to find GP referrals, prior or current clinic documentation
- Click Records > Files to find questionnaire results
How to upload to client files
- Search for your client in the top right search bar and click on their name once you find them
- Click Records > Files
- Click this icon
- Find file in your one drive or desktop and double click to upload
Clinicians are expected to upload the below files to ensure client records stay up to date and accessible:
- GP Letters
- Client Letters
- Assessment Reports (historical or current)
- Assessment Result Outputs (i.e. WISC/WIAT Output from Q-Global, DASS etc.)
- Significant communication emails
- Letter correspondence from third parties (i.e. schools)
- Documents received from clients (i.e. school reports)
