Organisational Structure
With the following structure and with an openness that is in-line with Therapy House core values, this structure provides guidance for you on position accountabilities and the ability to contact the right person for any questions.
Management Team
Amelia is our Clinic Director and looks after big picture organisational direction and logistics. She completes contractual processes with team members and oversees all aspects of the business.
Kaya is our Clinical Team Leader and acts as the senior support for clinical decision making, performance reviews and supervision (as a board approved and endorsed clinical psychologist).
Letitia is our Operations Manager and oversees the admin team in their provision of client care, bookings, payment processing and other administrative processes.
Supervision
Supervision arrangements vary depending on your contractualarrangement with management. Ultimately, it is each clinician's own responsibility to understand the supervision (peer or individual etc.) requirements of your registration and discuss with Therapy House how you plan to meet these requirements. As you will see later, there are regular opportunities to attend peer supervision (unpaid) nights where case discussions take place. This is a great opportunity for meeting board requirements, as well as networking and building clinical experience.
Therapy House offers Employees:
- Limited Individual supervision slots that are able to be booked with Kaya
- Fortnightly group supervision (currently Fridays at 12pm)
- Monthly peer supervision (unpaid week night)
Contractors are expected to source their own supervision or discuss paid supervision options with the director.

Owner
The Owner/Managers of the business have their main focus in developing and managing the team. This means we are committed to your continued development as a professional, assisting you where possible which ultimately leads to better outcomes for clients.
Team
The team’s focus is on the client, this is the heart and soul of our practice. Without a successful and happy team our service won't be at an optimal standard.
Clients
Looking after the client means the client will look after the business. Ultimately, if our clients are happy and feeling supported by our clinicians and service that is provided, this will reflect on the success of the business.
Business
Thus, the business takes care of the Owner.
