Enter your Client's Profile

Emailing Clients

  1. Enter your Client's Profile
  2. Click Communication in the menu and then 'New Email '
  3. Select relevant information from the drop downs (where relevant), including recipient/s and/or relevant template (which will populate all relevant fields)
  4. If no template fits your email, please use the 'Basic Email Layout' to ensure that all communication from Therapy House is cohesive and uses consistent branding
  5. When you are ready to send, click the following button
  6. Follow up with admin whether a response was received.

Note: Emails sent from Power Diary will be sent from the admin@therapyhouse.com.au email. Please follow up with admin if you haven't had a response. We also prefer clinicians to send emails via Power Diary to ensure that the record of communication is saved and up to date.

SMS to Clients

  1. Enter your Client's Profile
  2. Click Communication in the menu and then New SMS
  3. Select the relevant recipient from the drop down of mobile numbers on file and/or choose a template
  4. Type a short message and when ready to send, click the SAVE AND SEND button

Checking Communication Logs

This procedure may be necessary if you are checking communication that administration has sent to a client or if you want to double when/what you have previously sent to a client.

  1. Enter your Client's Profile
  2. Click Communication in the menu and click Activity
  3. All communication actioned through Power Diary in the last twelve months will be visible
